Foundations and Floors

Happiness is a roof over your head and a quality foundation under your feet by Lipinski Concrete.

From your footings all the way to the floors with your foundation in between, we use only the highest grade products. Footings are poured using 3000psi concrete. Only galvanized 1/2 inch x 16 inch anchor bolts are used. The foundations 1st course begins with drain tile block and a 4 inch cove on the outside footings for better drainage, all joints are tooled inside and out, core fills are poured 4 foot on center with 4000 psi concrete and grade 60 rods for increased reinforcement and the foundation is then finished with FHA top fills for the top course. Inside floors are poured using 4000 psi falkstone mix with zip-strip or saw cut for control joints.
